Our Founder and CEO

Our founder, Peter Divone Sr., is an experienced Chemical Engineer with a deep knowledge of batch and continuous manufacturing technologies. Peter has been part of manufacturing/ technology startups in over 14 countries and 29 US states and his name appears on 15 US patents. Peter’s work experience includes Colgate-Palmolive, RJR Nabisco, Chesebrough-Ponds and Unilever. After he “retired” from Unilever as Global Engineering Director of Skin Care and Cleansing, he founded Plante Solutions LLC. Peter is a mentor at the University of Bridgeport’s Student Entrepreneur Center and is on the University’s Industry and Innovation Advisory Boards. Peter is a Board member of 3DX Industries Inc., a 3D digital metal printing company based in Ferndale, Washington.
